04-22千岛酱西兰花
“千岛酱西兰花”是一道快捷方便的素菜，在家宴的时候，可以提前预制，上桌时浇入千岛酱就可以，使得上菜的速度更紧凑。并且制作方法不复杂，造型新颖，还原了西兰花的原型。
原料：西兰花、千岛酱、油、盐。
做法步骤：
第1步、主辅料： 西兰花、千岛酱 。
第2步、 把西兰花掰成小朵，浸泡30分钟。
第3步、 锅烧开水，加少许盐、油。
第4步、放入西兰花焯制。
第5步、 焯制1分钟即可关火。
第6步、 捞出放入盆中，余温会使其进一步熟化。
第7步、 加适量盐，翻拌均匀，腌渍10分钟，入底味。
第8步、 然后把腌渍入味的西兰花装盘，还原成原型。
第9步、 浇入千岛酱。即可上桌，拌匀即可食用。
